Spread along the pristine coastline and throughout the lush hinterland, the Sunshine Coast Art Gallery Trail offers a creative, cultural tour of the region.

The Sunshine Coast is home to many quality art galleries who showcase the work of leading local, national and international artists and craftspeople. You will experience the unique and innovative work of the many creative people who live in the region, attracted by its beauty and lifestyle. The range of skills and materials used offer opportunities from special mementos to major investment pieces. The regions artists are well known for their jewellery; work in glass; pottery and timber; sculptural works; and works on paper and painting. The trail offers an opportunity to explore the culture and character of the region and country.

Of course the best way to experience the gallery trail is to include a visit to a local vineyard and restaurant. The Sunshine Coast wine region is one of the most diverse and fastest growing wine regions in Queensland. The region is also home to many award winning restaurants.

The Sunshine Coast Art Gallery Trail was a Sunshine Coast Art Prize initiative by Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Principal Partner Sajen legal and Caloundra Tourism.
